Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Jersey E Bikes! We’re committed to ensuring your e-bike arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping process and rates below.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is received.

  • Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates (E-Bikes Only)

All e-bikes ship via freight carrier with full tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

151–220 lb $349
221–300 lb $499
301–600 lb $899
601–900 lb $1,199
901 lb+ $1,499
  • Freight shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery is curbside only (no inside delivery).

  • The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States.


Shipping Times

  • Typical delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Transit times may vary due to weather, freight scheduling, or carrier delays.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page. You’ll receive email updates when your order is ready to ship.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your e-bike arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
