7-Day Limited Return / Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)
Jersey Electric Bikes LLC offers a 7-day return or exchange policy ONLY in the event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To qualify:
- Damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of pickup or delivery
- Item must not be intentionally misused, altered, or modified
- Proof of purchase is required
At our discretion, we will:
- Repair the item, or
- Exchange the item for the same or comparable model, or
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible
After 7 Days — All Sales Are Final
After 7 days from pickup or delivery, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
Accessories & Merchandise
Unused accessories and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase if:
- Item is new, unused, and in original packaging
- Original receipt is provided
- Item is not electrical, installed, or special-order
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Special Orders
All special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
- Custom-ordered bikes
- Special colors or configurations
- Pre-orders or reserved inventory
Shipping & Delivery Fees
Shipping, delivery, setup, freight, and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Warranty
Any applicable manufacturer or factory warranty is handled directly with the manufacturer. Jersey Electric Bikes LLC will assist customers with warranty claims when applicable but does not provide independent warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
No Returns Accepted For
- Used or ridden bikes
- Batteries or electrical components
- Clearance or discounted items
- Labor, service, or installation fees

By purchasing from Jersey Electric Bikes LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy at checkout and/or point of sale.
